We believe your perfect wedding should last more than four or five hours. By including onsite accommodations with all of our wedding packages, you have the opportunity for a traditional wedding ceremony and reception, plus extra time with your closest friends and family.
Most wedding nights end by the lights being turned on, the music turned off, and everyone being asked to leave. We’ve approached things differently at Villa Festa. Our wedding venue with onsite lodging allows you to keep the party going and spend more time your guests. You’ll even have the option to host a farewell brunch on property the next morning.

A wedding venue & vacation in one!
A wedding contract with Villa Festa has clearly defined terms that separate the event hours on Saturday from the rest of your stay. Our onsite accommodations are yours to enjoy for the weekend or the full week. On event day our staff will be there to setup, strike, and ensure a seamless experience for you and your guests.
Rehearsals on Fridays
All of our wedding venue rentals include a check-in on Friday at 1pm. Enjoy a peaceful intimate rehearsal dinner on the property or take your guests out in Downtown DeLand. After your big day, wake up to the view of the oak tree ceremony location where you just tied the knot.
Our venue’s onsite lodging
Our property has two homes to host overnight guests. The two homes can also be used to keep couples separated pre-ceremony on their wedding day if they choose to. The main villa has four bedrooms and sleeps eleven guests. Our one-bedroom carriage house can sleep up to four guests. However, it is often used as your own private suite for privacy from your friends and family staying in the main villa. The entire property has been recently renovated to ensure the highest level of comfort.

Upstairs in our main villa is the perfect place to spread out for a morning of relaxation and togetherness while prepping for your big day. With four bedrooms and a well-lit salon for hair and makeup, there is plenty of room for everyone.

Typically used as the couples suite, the downstairs of this property is setup for pre-ceremony fun. A full kitchen, 60 inch TV, xBox, bluetooth devices, and ample space make this space great for a hang out.

Imagine the anticipation when you check-in Friday night, and your onsite accommodations overlook the oak tree ceremony location where you’ll be married the next day. Or the magic you’ll feel on Sunday morning when you wake up for breakfast and you are still onsite. The photos below highlight a few of our accommodations.
Fun on the property
Engage in a competitive game of corn hole or ladder ball with your friends and family, or simply hang out in the properties multiple indoor and outdoor spaces during your extended stay. If you choose to explore the area, walk to downtown restaurants, breweries, bars, and nightclubs. You will also have close proximity to Orlando, Disney, Universal, New Smyrna Beach, and Daytona attractions.

Opt for onsite brunch
Do you have traveling guests that you’d like to spend some additional time with? You can opt to have our team add furniture for a small gathering on Sunday morning and have a farewell brunch at the Villa Festa property. The interior is always set for 20 guests, or you can add banquet round tables to our outdoor wedding pavilion for up to 30.
