During your wedding weekend, take advantage of our shaded backyard space and included yard games. Host your rehearsal dinner or farewell brunch inside or under the outdoor pavilion…with a Weekender wedding package, 15 guests can stay onsite Friday and Saturday night!

One of the greatest features is that your onsite lodging includes a one-bedroom carriage house with a living room and full kitchen where you will have privacy from your friends and family staying in the main villa.

Historic Wedding Venue

This historic wedding venue was built in 1925 and used as a residential property over the years. In 2002 it was deemed appropriate to be placed on the registry of historical properties.

The following summary was recorded in 2002 describing its historical significance. “The residence, located at 518 E. New York Avenue is significant at the local level under Criterion C in the area of Architecture as one of the best examples of the Italian Renaissance Revival style remaining in Deland. As a style not commonly found in central and northeast Florida, this building remains a significant architectural resource in Volusia County. Few high style historic buildings from this era remain in Deland with the level of craftsmanship and integrity apparent in this residence.”

When our team purchased the property in October of 2021, it needed some love and attention. Our restoration included upgraded electrical, plumbing, HVAC, floor restoration, kitchen and bathroom updates, painting, new driveways, landscape clearing, and a high level of attention to detail. We worked hard to retain the charm and history of this old property with a light and airy twist. Note our 1920’s inspired brass lighting fixtures and neutral color palette perfect for every wedding color scheme. We are proud of this home and its history and would love to show you around this unique Orlando wedding venue.
